**Router port availability is calculated based on outage duration of reported events, as documented in DIL CMS. It is not a proactive measure or an automatic credit and is not reported online on the customer support portal.

Bandwidth / Port Charges

The charges for intermediate bandwidths will be on proportionate basis.
Prices are subject to change anytime.
The Client will have a right to choose the monthly, quarterly or annual payment plan options.
Local lead / Last mile charges shall be applicable separately.

Other Charges and Terms & Condition in Bandwidth
(i) Initial Charges (One time Charges) : Rs. 10,000/-

(ii) Shifting charges - In case of shifting of premises the shifting charges will be payable for each shift @ Rs 5000/-;

(iii) Advance Deposit
• Port rental for the payment term opted by the Client is payable along with additional amount equal to one month rental as described below :

• Payment for the first quarter (in case of quarterly/monthly option)/year shall be adjusted against the advance deposit collected above.
   

• Balance amount equivalent to “One month Port rental (as per monthly plan)" will be kept with DIL as deposit.
   

• Advance deposit shall be refunded/ adjusted at the time of disconnection only. No interest shall be payable on advance deposit.
   

• It may be ensured that the above amount should be deposited before activation
  (iv) Subsequent Payment of Port Charges

• Payment should be paid in advance in all cases.
  (v) Up-gradation of Speed:
  
  At the time of up-gradation of the ports speed, the port rental for upgraded speed shall be charged from the date of up-gradation. The advance quarterly port rental shall be charged as per quarterly port rental at upgraded speed and the advance rental already paid at old speed shall be adjusted.
  
  (vi) Down-gradation of Speed:
  
  Down gradation of bandwidth is allowed subject to following conditions:
  • Charges for the minimum period of hire (i.e. three months) have been paid by the Client.
  • Rentals for the unused period cannot be refunded.
  • Cost of any other item installed to provide higher/ requested bandwidth shall be paid by the Client.
  
  (vii) Minimum period of hire
  
  • Minimum period of hire = Twelve months
  • Month’s notice for termination of the contract. In case of disconnection, the charges are to be recovered on pro-rata basis subject to minimum notice period of one month
  • The Advance Deposit of Port Charges amount shall be adjusted with termination notice period.
  • In case one-month notice is not given, the advance deposit for one month shall be forfeited
