AAA
is a out-of-box solution incorporating Text
to Speech (TTS) + Telephone Dialer + Data Conversion
tools. It is an ideal solution for organisations in
need of sending out a customized voice message based
on few patterns to a large number of recipients. For
example, a company may need to dial thousands of
telephone numbers for reminders of
payment/loan-installment/fee dues, or make
announcement of change in flight schedule to all
passengers boarding a particular flight, or update
change in meeting schedules to all participants,
etc.

The proposed solution
accepts a list of recipients to be dialed from any
of popular formats such as MS Excel XLS file, MS
Access MDB file or a simple text file (fixed or
delimited) and imports them into its own database.
It then dials the recipient on the given telephone
number and announces the given message as desired.
It can handle custom messages per recipient as well.
Additionally, it can also send a text message in the
event the recipient can not be reached in the
configured number of attempts. Even the time range
during which to call can be specified. Once
configured and started, its all automatic and
requires no manual intervention.
Case Study 1:
Govt. of Rajasthan sanctions pensions to
physically handicapped, widow and old age persons
and pays them pension every month. The pension
beneficiary lives in villages and the nearest
bank/post office is generally far from the
beneficiary's home.
Problem Statement:
Pension beneficiary has no idea and no immediate
information, when the pension got sanctioned, when
the payment got credited in their bank/post-office
account, and when he should go to the
bank/post-office.
The Solution:
Govt. of Rajasthan chose to deploy the AAA
solution under the name of “Project AID” (Automatic
Information Dissemination). In this they upload the
beneficiary data every day and schedule the dialing
for next day at 9am. The AAA software automatically
starts dialing the beneficiary numbers at the
scheduled time. As soon as the beneficiary picks up
the phone, the dialer starts playing the message
using TTS (text to speech) in Hindi language.
Case Study 2:
Saurabh Agrotech sells their oil products country
wide under terms of making payment within seven days
of delivery of the goods. They have deputed two
persons who call the customers for reminding them of
the pending payment.
Problem Statement:
The two persons are dedicated for payment reminders
and when they are not available, the calls are not
being made and payments get delayed. This also
happens when they are not able to make all pending
calls. This results in a negative impact on the
company’s day-to-day liquid funds availability.
The Solution:
AAA interacts with the ERP software of Saurabh
Agrotech, and based on the payment due date, it
automatically picks up the customer name, amount due
and due date and dials the customer number, playing
back the payment reminder message with complete
details such as invoice number, amount due and due
date.
