Step 1.: Open Control Panel and Click on “Mail”

2.Click On “E-mail Accounts”

3. Click on ” Email” and than on “New…”

4. You will see the following screen…

5. Click on “Manually configure server setting or additional server types” and Click on “Next”

6. Click on Select “Microsoft Exchange “

7. Then fill the Server name and account name and after that click on “More Setting”

8. Click on and mark check as per below. ( From sr. no. 9 to 12)

13. Type your account username and password given by your administrator.
